Scope of Services. Through this Site, Maid For You Cleaning markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Janitorial Services, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://residentialcleaningbrooklyn.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maid For You Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Maid For You Cleaning makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Maid For You Cleaning's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Maid For You Cleaning against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
